CHARTER DEPOSITS

  Full or Half Day

A deposit of 50% of the "quoted charter rate" is required to reserve the date of your charter. This deposit is refundable, or your charter re-scheduled, due to poor weather or sea conditions on the day of your departurer. Deposit is refundable when cancelled by the charter - ONLY if Capt. Jack Gains, or his appointed representative, are notified 30 days or more in advance of the reserved charter date

2- Day, 36-hour  Charters

A deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve the date of your charter. This deposit is refundable or your charter re-scheduled due to poor weather or sea conditions on the day of your charter. Deposit is refundable when cancelled by the charter - ONLY if we are notified 14 days or more in advance of the reserved charter date.

Captain Jack always makes every effort to contact his clients the day before their scheduled trip to advise them of weather/sea conditions. This service assures a fun, pleasant, productive charter.

Payments

All deposits can be handled by Visa, Mastercard, Money Order or Cashier's Check. Payments on the day of your charter may be paid by credit card, check or cash.
